Disagreement and variation

Marxist schools dispute the role of the state, revolutionary parties, parliamentary reform, and the degree to which class explains other forms of domination. Marxist traditions disagree sharply on state power, democracy, culture, and revolutionary strategy; authority is therefore omitted.
